Agency Program and Fees: CHILDCARE
$100 initial application/membership fee. Permits access to the temporary/occasional/babysitting program for first year. $100 annual fee thereafter.
Daily Referral Agency Fee:
With 48 hour notice: $20 per day
With less than 48 hour notice: $30 per day
Holidays: $45 per day
All fees must be paid via credit card or on a pre-payment basis.

Other Factors:
- A nanny who brings her child with her generally charges 25% less
- Federal minimum wage is $6.25 per hour
- NYS minimum wage is $7.15 per hour
- Housekeeping duties are generally paid extra
- These charges are in GROSS wages (before taxes)
- Employer taxes are an additional 10-11% of gross wages
- Employee withholding taxes are generally 20-30% of gross wages on a full-time salary
- You negotiate the wages and payment method directly with the caregiver
$195 non-refundable one-time application fee, includes

Re-activation
Existing members pay a $195 non-refundable re-activation fee to the long-term program (which can be deducted from the agency fee).

- Criminal conviction search
- Adult personality testing
- Drug screening

Eldercare fees are comparable with the temporary and permanent fees listed above for childcare.
Agency Program and Fees: OTHER HOUSEHOLD HELP
Other household help positions, such as a Household manager or a Personal Assistant have comparable fees with the temporary and permanent fees listed above for childcare. The only difference being that for a buy-out option for these positions, ANEN charges 15% of the annual gross salary (minimum $3,000).
