For more than 30 years, we’ve been dedicated to providing trusted, high-quality household support to families across New York’s Capital Region. When we opened our doors in 1991, our mission was simple: to make life easier, safer, and more manageable for families by offering exceptional in-home care and support services.
Today, we’re proud to continue that mission as the region’s only fully licensed and insured household staffing agency, committed to the highest standards set by the International Nanny Association (INA) and the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA).
Who We Are
We were founded by household employment expert Guy Maddalone, and ever since, we’ve worked hard to earn the trust of families throughout the Capital District. Our team brings decades of combined experience in child care, senior care, household staffing, and human services.
Because of this, we understand the unique challenges families face when searching for reliable, safe, and professional care. And we know that every household is different — which is why we take a personalized, relationship-based approach with every client and caregiver we work with.
